Please dont feel bad about having to leave her to survive alone in Japan. I sent my children to oversess boarding school when they were 12 years old. They learned to be independent. You will see the difference in your daughter when compared to those who have never leave the parents' side. She will be more matured and understanding and do not take you for granted.
