Join us in this very special vlog as we head back to the historic Dreamland Margate for their first ever Dog Day event on a beautiful sunny day

We absolutely adore Dreamland and of course dogs including our very own Tilly, it was great to attend Dreamland after a good few years and was able to take Tilly along with us

Hopefully in the future the park may allow dogs in especially with it being free to enter, it’s great to see the park looking fresh again with some new investments and rides from legendary Richard Cadell

The park officially opened way back in 1863 making it one of the worlds oldest amusement parks, it’s home to the UK’s oldest rollercoaster the iconic 1920 Scenic Railway and much more

If you have never visited Dreamland before then it’s and absolute must, click on the link below for more information

  1. Backwards this country banning dogs from beaches humans make more mess. I do think seaside amusement parks should welcome dogs into there parks. Personally I don’t think the merlin parks would suit taking a dog with you.

  2. Good to see you visit Dreamland and on this this Dog day event , it still looks a good park nice to some areas have been renewed and the Scenic Railway coaster looking a great ride too Andy – Nice 1 mate 👍

  3. They were peter shaylers 60×40 Square end supercar dodgems until he got his pws fold up set

  4. Grew up going to dreamland living 25miles away it was amazing back in the day, such a shame to see it now. Haven’t been since about 2019 and my kids did one ride as was so expensive

  5. Thanks for the positive vlog, Dreamland is my local park, I really want it to be a success!!glad you enjoyed the Doggy day !! Xx

  6. I absolutely love this being a doggy person. Don't apologise for going on about it, I totally agree that dogs should be let into more places. Most folk are responsible dog people.. As long as they are on a lead and are well behaved and you clear up after them I don't get what the issue is.
Tbh kids are more of a bloody nightmare in public places than dogs lol and that's coming from a mother of a 4 year old. Haha
I'd be in my element there… I hope more parks do this kind of event in the future.

  7. Great vlog, the staff are lovely. I went down to dreamland a week or so before the park opened to watch the build up of Richards Ghost Train with Tom and Craig. Really cool and interesting experience!
