As I was driving to Iwaki mountains as you are able to see the mountain in the distance.
On the flat land of the Shirakami-Sanchi virgin forested area if fertile ground for fruit orchards to rice paddy fields.
I was once again fortunate to stop and speak with a lady who are caring for the fruit by hand by protecting by fruit flies effecting the goodness of the fruits.
This incredible practice is still to this date applied by dedicated farming community of Japan.
