What you should bring in your stretch seat.
A substitute for a pillow.
Towels, blankets, etc. to put on the floor (the floor is hard)

のびのび座席で持ってきたほうが良いもの
・枕の代わりになるもの
・床に敷くタオル、ブランケットなど（床は硬いです）
・シャワーを使用する場合はタオル
・アイマスク、耳栓
貴重品は離さず持っていたほうがいいと思います。
女性はのびのび座席には少ないので、もし気になる方は個室をおすすめします。
