BACK for another video in BEIRUT and this time we are showcasing the CUISINE of this beautiful country. We tried to find the most famous or some of the oldest street food restaurants and eateries to stick with tradition, it is difficult to do a DIY Street Food Tour haha!

You did not get your falafel from the right Sahyoune shop 🙃
Enjoy ❤ I'm Lebanese, watching this it brings lots of memories from my childhood, unfortunately because of war I left Lebanon.
what is the favourite food of you in the middle east ,, for both of you?
This is akkawi chezch cheese
Are u planning to visit Saida in south of Lebanon let me know
Haaaa u are in Bourj Hammoud 😅 cool the place that I am yes we are here all Armenian enjoy. But don’t forget to go jibail
❤
Wow its soo satisfying seeing you guys enjoy my beautiful country!! You’ve reached some great places but thats still 1 percent of what lebanon can offer. i advice you after you discover the beaches you should discover our mountains that have unbelievable sceneries ❤️❤️❤️
Hi
No mint in your falafel???😜 But mint is what gives it a fresh taste. You need to eat mint in every Lebanese dish from now on and maybe you’ll grow to love it like I do.👍🏻
Great video, dig the vibe you guys give out! Don't want to be a party pooper, but the first two places were not the best ones to either have a falafel or a shawarma sandwich. Barbar is way overhyped and though Sahyoun has a good name, this was not the best branch to visit.
its taratour sauce, taratour means tatar creamy sauce
Thanks so much for all your support guys! 🇱🇧♥️ Follow us on Instagram for more: https://instagram.com/dabbleandtravel?igshid=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

In case you're wondering the type of cheese we make our manakish with in Lebanon is called: akkawi tchiki. Some make it with pure akkawi and some mix akkawi with mozzarella
Welcome to Lebanon ❤❤❤
I wonder which country have you enjoyed the most Iraq or Lebanon?
Welcome to Lebanon my friends, i am glad you liked our country and i hope you enjoyed your stay and meals here, if you want you can ask any local for anything and they will gladly help, to help you on the names of the food the meet pizza is called "lahm bi ajin" (try to emphisis on the h sound) and it literally means "meet in a dough", and the cheese we put in the manakish is called akkawi
Visit baalbak ruins
Geita grotto
Batroun
Tripoli
Sidon
Tyre and so on…. don't just stay in Beirut
Great travel video, thank you guys. Lebanon is on my list . The restaurant Beirut we will give it a tri. Enjoy your days.
What was the name of the Hamra restaurant where u had tabbouleh & hummus & kaak? 😊😊
Guys, to try the best Arabic traditional ice cream, you should definitely try Rashad !!!!!
Oh I wish I’d met you! Super impressed you are exploring Beirut and Lebanon.
There are lots of tour guides and I am not a tour guide but I take friends and visitors on walks from west to east Beirut.
Hope you had a blast.
Welcome, this is my country. It always welcomes you with love. The food is always delicious. I hope you reach a million as soon as possible.🎉 ❤
You're promoting tourism in a country that has no electricity, no functional economy, rampant inflation.
Wait till your stupid moral degenerate liberal viewers get the shock of their lives when they come to Lebanon.
this is 0,01 frome lebanes food
My country 🇱🇧
Wish you arranged for a trusted scout to take you around, sadly and no offense but your choice picking up "supposedly" best restaurant is not at all the most perfect and accurate one ! P.S: not everything in Lebanese cuisine has mint in it.
Why do you always talk about political issues when you visit Muslim countries ?
Its halloumi cheese
Perhaps you should stop talking about politics or religion when you visit Muslim countries. If you don't like the country's culture, don't visit it.
Bro I am a Lebanese if you are staying until summer in Lebanon then you shall go to the
SPLASH WATER PARK
TERQWAZE
OAKLAND
they are very good bro
I know you are not right now in Lebanon the 1 dollar equals 94 Lebanese lira and it's changing
My Guy, Manakish is NOT Lebanese Pizza…
Great video, keep it coming and enjoy your stay
I like the way you talk about food 🥰 simple and lovely ❤️
Food looked so nice , I had researched the currency sit-ups while back and understand it in full now . Food was amazing and it’s so nice to see you promote this wonderful wonderful country . 😊take care
Ouch! Ok places but these are the "known" places, many other restaurants serve 10x better food. Glad you enjoyed it tho 🤞🏼
6:30 the cheese is called akkawi here 🙂
The Labneh you had for bfast is quite traditional and pretty similar to fromage blanc (eaten throughout France). Labneh is not yogurt however; it is yoghurt that has been drained of its whey for a day or two. This is a way to “preserve” yoghurt during long winters when cows don’t produce as much milk. In snowbound villages the labneh is drained even longer, then rolled into balls and kept in jars covered with olive oil (oil blocks any bacteria from forming). And that’s how farmers maintain access to dairy products as they wait the arrival of spring.
