Hello! “Japanese Kitchen Tour”.

    I've seen this man on multiple channels now. And every time I see his limp, it reminds me of my mother, who works hard like this while dealing with health issues. I can never finish a video without shedding a tear. Bless this man and his work ethic, but I hope one day he can enjoy a rest. If a donation page is setup for him, I would love to share something.

    I adore this humble gentleman. Check out another video titled, "YATAI/OVERWORKED? JUST 3 Hours of SLEEP for this Ramen Yatai Owner" – Japanese food craftsman. I hope this talented chef takes time off to have a full checkup with his family doctor (I worry about his health) and to rest regularly. He works hard because he doesn't want to disappoint his loyal customers. I hope when he's able to retire that he can finally enjoy life because he spoils his clientele with such delicious food!

    出来ればこれ見て遠方から食べに行くのはやめてくれー。地元の人たちの為だけでいいのよ。福岡のホットドッグ屋みたいになったらダメなんよ。
    外国人観光客がラーメン食べにきてもたぶんいろんな意味で後悔するからやめときな。
    でも、おいちゃんは全く悪くないからな。

    なんか家の親父の姿とだぶって少し泣けて来る。うちの親父もどうせ客なんかこねーのに一生懸命早朝朝3時から駐車場の雪かきして。除雪機で3時間くらいかけて。遅い時は昼間までかかって。案の定客は2〜3人しかこねーし。バカバカしいと思いおれはあんま手伝いませんでした。でも親父はたった1人になっても除雪を辞める事はありませんでした。未だにこの時の親父の気持ちは理解できません。ただそんな不憫な親父を見捨てる事などできず思い切って一千万借りて店をリフォームし親父のあとを継ぎました。1年くらいは騙し騙しなんとか売り上げがありましたが2年目から苦しくなりそしてそんな時その時親父も病気でなくなりリフォームした綺麗な店の真ん中で葬儀行いました。自分は現在店をしめ外で働いています。リフォームした時の借金はまだ残ってますがこの時の自分の決断はこれで良かったんだと思っています。なるべく思い込むようにしています。現在44歳。うつを患っていたり彼女どころか友達すらいません。人生色々ですね。でもYou Tubeと言うサイトで少しでも客光を浴びてる親父さんが羨ましかっただけです。長文失礼致しました
