We are deep in La Guajira, Colombia to spend 24 hours with the AFRO-COLOMBIANS. I’m taking you to experience the unseen life of the inhabitants of this remote part of Colombia. We are starting things off with an iguana catch and cook. These guys do not mess around… Before dinner we get an in-depth look into an ancient fishing technique brought to the South American continent directly from Africa and preserved to this day by the Afro-Colombians. You are NOT going to want to miss this.

  1. Why do you ALWAYS insist we watch until the very end? If we don't, does that somehow screw up your You Tube profit margin? Do you make less money? Why does it make any difference?

  2. Luke, your take on eccentric foods is admirable and your bravery is beyond my imagination!

Your narration of Colombia's history is excellent, I believe a lot of research has been done!

I don't know if I should compliment your Boxer Brief, but it's really cute, lol!

I have seen their fishing methods for the first time. I am very happy to know Colombia, a wonderful country, through your videos. Thank you very much for sharing! 👍😃🙏

  3. The best video about wild Colombia and hunting,it was kinda thrilling too see this video. The food is quite exquisite and delicious.

  4. I would be so afraid of snakes reaching my arm/hand in there trying to catch fishes. Those guys are straight soldiers!!!

  5. Funny thing is the guy who get the first shot is suck he was wearing army shit with the telescope gun but he missed it twice hehehe 😂😂

  6. I lived in Colombia for 4 years and its diversity is incredible. From the Caribbean to the Amazon the variety of foods is really interesting. I hope you are able to try most of it. Thanks for taking us along your adventure 👍✌️☮️ 🇨🇴

  7. This episode is primal and extreme. I am scared of the house gecko, imaging watching iguanas…. haha

  8. Great video as always, you should go to Florida ie Jupiter/Stewart etc as they are over run with them and they damage so much inc banks of rivers, roadways etc etc watch Bluegabe or DeermeatforDinner (brothers) and the towns employ people to get rid of them and you have freezer meat! love to you and Mink from the U.K ❤xx

  9. lmao. vegans are such a special class of easily triggered folks, they need a warning on food travel vids.

  10. There's an overabundance of iguanas in Florida, and they're much larger than those that were caught in this video. They are an invasive species there, so there are quite a few videos showing people hunting and killing them, but very few eat them.

  11. my best bro luke looking handsome thank you for your huge respect against cpec friendship countries lot of love from your best bro viki 🍻
