Vege-ro is a new restaurant where you can eat a completely new style of stir-fried vegetable.
We interviewed Shibuya Main Store as well as the newly opened Ikebukuro store!
It was born in 2021, in a struggle to turn the pandemic crisis into a business chance.
As it is directly managed by a greengrocer, fresh vegetables arrive every day.
The store manager talked about how the store was thought, the secrets of success and demonstrated how to cook the dish.
