我们离开北海道函馆,下一站去银山温泉。再去银山的路上,我们需要在仙台转车,所以在仙台站尝试了当地很有名的善治郎牛舌店。牛舌的口感是比较脆的。味道很好,我们很喜欢。牛肉汤里面的葱很多,据说日本人是很喜欢吃葱的,但是我吃不太习惯,所以都挑出来了。
之前已经发过了银山温泉的视频。这个视频主要记录我们晚餐的怀石料理。料理中的牛肉是山形牛。可能因为怀石料理是提前准备好的,毕竟银山所在的地理位置不是很方便,所以感觉食材不是非常新鲜茶碗蒸是我非常喜欢的一道菜,还有就是奶油鳕鱼,反而烤的牛肉味道一般般

We left Hakodate, Hokkaido, and the next stop was Ginzan Onsen. On the way to Ginzan Onsen, we needed to transfer at Sendai, so we tried the famous local Zenjiro Beef Tongue shop at Sendai Station. The texture of beef tongue is relatively crisp ans tender compared to the steak we had at Sapporo. The taste is still good. There are a lot of green onions in the beef soup. It is said that Japanese people like to eat green onions, but I am not used to eating these much green onions, so I picked them all out.
The video of Ginzan Onsen has been posted before. This video mainly records our kaiseki dinner at Shōwakan. The beef in the set is Yamagata beef. It may be because the kaiseki cuisine is prepared in advance and the geographical location of Ginzan onsen is not very convenient, I feel that the ingredients are not very fresh. Chawanmushi and cream cod are my favorite dishes. The grilled Yamagata beef tastes so-so
