Recently, I like kabocha tempura. I love soba, I will definitely check it out.
Ho man that looked ono. I love duck and uni and soba! You said it was local made. Could it be from Sun Noodle? I get their soba frozen because we can't get it fresh like you do in Hawaii. And the texture of their soba is way better than the soba you get in a Japanese restaurant. Mahalo for another onolicious video!

Love Daily Whisk!! We went several times when we lived there. I also loved their mushroom puffs. Yum!
I miss good zaru soba (not too sweet) so much I'm learning how to make my own at home. Closest restaurants I know might be up in Boise, but that's about it. Everyone puts avocado in everything around here, including sushi.
PS. My fave tempura: shrimp 🍤 & green bean.
