JAPAN TOURISM REPORT 001
Goshogawara City,Aomori Prefecture( Feb.15,2015)
In Goshogawara-shi, Aomori, there are tours which allow you to experience the “Ji-fubuki”.
A “Ji-fubuki” refers to a “Ground blizzard” – lashing winds and dancing snow and above all a biting cold. These are blizzards not from a sky – but from the whirling snow whipped up by the wind.
Do visit Goshogawara if you’re here in Japan in mid-winter! You’ll be able to experience this “Ji-fubuki” first hand!
