Yum
Something similar to palabok is pancit malabon
Never liked Palabok as a Filipino, overrated for me. and Dont trust pinoy taste buds, anything SWEET is good for them.
It's good to see her again.
Yum…now I’m craving for this😋😋😋
The best palabok in Metro Manila is Jolli Dadas eatery in Quinta Market, Carlos Palanca St near Quiapo Church before you can eat you have to get in a long line of customers. It has shrimp; squids, chicharon bulaklak, meaty sauce & onion springs. Its the best!
You guys especially Justin is getting used to filipino food even describing the ingredients, well done guys!!
its a 10 if you put kalamansi on it
palabok looks delicious. try the Jolli Dada Palabok at the Quinta public market at Quiapo Manila. They are very popular too.
Hi guys didn’t you know lots of Russian staying in Samal island in Cebu they live there and they are vegan They live in this one area maybe you guys can check them out one of this days you guys can go to Cebu destination Samal Island . His YouTube vlog is Filipinez he is Russian. I mentioned it because Alina is Russian.😊And they love Samal Island it’s beautiful there not too touristy. Idea when your mom’s coming to visit you guys, destination take them to Samal this time😊👍❤️
Hi Justine and Alina, great you both are used in getting around your neighborhood. And you know we do pair the palabok with freshly cooked "hot pandesal" any time day or night with your fav beverage. Palabok is a great midnight snack as well with any loaf breads if hot pandesal is not available and that spring roll is called LUMPIANG PRITO and you should dip it in that vinegar sauce that goes with it. "Kain na!"
where did u buy that cat shirt sir?
Next time go too La Union, Vigan, Ilocos, Bohol, Palawan, Siargao to name a few 😀
Jolli Dada is still the best. Located on the side of La Quinta market adjacent to Quiapo church in Manila.
The reviews can be deceiving. At Jolli Dada be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.
Justin and Alina – you go to Quiapo's Quinta Market, there are side carinderias there where you will find better palabok. I dont even know that Beth's palabok. The palabok in Quinta Market has squid or pusit and lechon kawali which is the meat you are looking for…
Actually, the most popular & best palabok, as most people say, can be found at the Quinta Market in Quiapo. You have to line up before you can be served at anytime of the day unlike what I saw just now, nobody eating in that rest….
Its hightime going to Vigan City, one of the 7 Wonder Cities of the World, declared by UNESCO (United Nations Cultural & Economic Organization) in 2016 located north of the Phils. (3 hours trip by tourist 1st class bus from Baguio City), this weekend as the City celebrates its annual feast day from April 30-May 3, with lots of activities, you have never seen & experienced before, anywhere in the Philippines you have visited so far with thousands of local & foreign tourists flocking there this time of the year. You can take a "Partas" Tourist bus with hourly trips to vigan but be sure to book your own hotel before you leave. Chose one located near Crisologo Street where most activities will be held…….Attorney Parto
lol it's called Santa Ana. If you see STA it means female saints like Santa Maria. STO are male saints like Santo Tomas.
You're supposed to be in Malabon if you want to try great palabok not just most reviewed. They serve great pancit bihon, pancit canton and palabok 😊 but you don't have to go to the actual Malabon place because pancit Malabon have different branch in all parts of metro manila. ❤
Did U put calamansi in there
JOLLIBEE PALABOK IS MUCH MORE. DELICIOUS
Mangahan festival (season of mangoes) is comming up… visit Guimaras
You should have went to Quinta Market in Quiapo, Manila. They have better palabok there
Sta. is the abbreviation for the word Santa (female saint) and St. stands for Santo (saint). So the correct way to say the name of that place is Santa Ana.
Masarap lugaw nyo po. All rounder meal ng pinoy.
nice review, palabok is considered as a snack but for some, it's a meal, together with maybe some bread or puto. 👌❤️
You should also try the Palabok in Quinta Market, Quiapo! Aling Dada's Palabok is the best there.
would like to see a REHEATED REFRIGERATED ROASTED CHICKEN ROUNDUP. (andok's, baliwag, chooks to go). just to see which one tastes the best after being refrigerated.
I knew you would not like it that much. The taste is kinda weird for foreigners and your face says it all. You guys were just being nice by saying it was a 9 but cleary it was around 6-7 based on your expression. 😅
Palabok is not a main dish. It’s just a snack or something you can eat for breakfast.
please put your phone in your pocket or anywhere hidden, or else you will lose your neck from pick pockets when they snatch that phone on your neck lol😂
If you see the letters St, Sto, and Sta — just before a name of a person (NOT after) it usually reads as Saint, Santo and Santa. So that place is called Santa Ana.
If you see St after a name it usually means Street (which I guess is universal)
D'best palabok is in quinta market in quiapo manila
The Best is Jolli Dada palabok at Quinta market. It’s been featured in a lot of food vlogs!
in the philippines, it is rude to smell the food before eating.
Jolibee, Goldilock's and Mang Inasal palaboks ain't too bad either. I usually order palabok at Jolibee instead of their spaghetti, which is just too ketchup-y for my taste. Nice episode, guys.
sta. ana is read as "santa ana", st. anne in english (saint anne).
sta. is a female pronoun. sto., read as santo, is the male counterpart.
beth's!!! i order there for special occasions. pancit palabok and pancit malabon are very good there.
You need to squeeze the calamansi over the palabok and mix it up before eating it
That big Lumpia is supposed to be a finger food grab it with your finger and dip it in either vinegar or sweet and sour sauce sauce
Uncle Roger wants one too
Im back watching your previous vlogs guys… ❤❤❤👌👍😃🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭💐💐💐
You have to try Manam Filipino restaurant 🙂 They have a branch there in BGC. To order are Crispy Palabok, and since your fave food is Sinigang, their Sinigang with Watermelon is a must! 🙂
try "PASTORA Palabok" in Quiapo
I like palabok but the chicharon is fish or chicken. Not pork
Glad that you are enjoying your stay and exploring a lot of places. You're experiencing new things together. Hopefully you stay longer or even make it a temporary home or base of operations. It's an easy place to get around and communicate with people who are very jolly and welcoming.
I wonder how Goldilocks and Mang Inasal palabok compare? I usually get palabok from Jollibee if I get a craving since it's the most accessible to me.
Alina is back!
The gravy & the added garnishings make the true difference! It's our snack actually! The malabon pancit version is my favorite!!
