Neer water all is 12 kms from Rishikesh, there are 2 waterfalls there. You can travel upto Neer 1 by two wheeler or four wheeler. If you want to enjoy more, you must visit the Neer 2 waterfall which is 500 meters uphill.

Trust me after taking bath at Neer waterfall all my tiredness of the day went away. Best time to visit this place is between 12 to 3 pm.

In my opinion Neer waterfall is a must visit tourist destination of Rishikesh, I observed lack of awareness about Neer waterfall among travelers as a reason for less people going there.
