The cherry coke or anything cherry drink does taste like medicine 😆 I grew up having root beer in my teens and my fav was root beer float. Loving the Shibuya walk and the new Kabukicho tower exploration. The movie is Jumanji 2 and do watch it if you have not. It is a very entertaining movie. Thank you once once again! It's the wintergreen in root beer that has that medicinal taste. A good root beer float can help mask the flavor. American medicine tends to be fruit flavored, so it isn't as big of a problem. Try the root beer with a good vanilla ice cream. You might be surprised!

That was my first time walking through south Shibuya when I randomly bumped into you haha, because I was walking to takanawa gateway station for exercise. Was surprised how immediately quiet the area was!
I had that 'strong' burger last week. It felt like I was just eating meat rather than a burger, with the buns getting soggy due to all the meat juice. Not really worth the money, but was good to try once.

As for the crowded parts of Shibuya and Shinjuku I simply cannot imagine more people in the same place than this many. I like your new camera and the shooting results are fine. What is golden week again?
This is why I ALWAYS travel between Jun-July during peak summer time.
It's usually back-to-school season so it'll be a lot less crowded (and by crowded I mean the amount of tourists).
The drawback is that it's gonna be really hot. Like southeast-asia hot.
I don't mind at all.

We were just there from April 26 to May 4 and both Tokyo and Osaka and their neighboring towns are very crowded, even in Hemeji Castle it was super crowded. Last November was a lot better since there were less tourists. Japan is beautiful just the same. Great memories.
