Tonight we take a walk around a special cherry blossom illumination event called “NAKED” Sakura Night Garden at Shinjuku Gyoen. There were different lighting features such as projection mapping over some of the illuminated trees, lasers being shown up beneath the trees, and interactive flower projection mappings on the ground. Upon entering each group is given a light up lantern to carry around the park with the. The bottom of the lanterns projected flower patterns beneath the guests holding them. The whole event was dreamy with all the beautiful illuminations with the shinjuku skyline in the background, notably docomo tower. Many couples were walking around enjoying the trees, taking pictures, and some even were having picnics. The event runs from March 31 until April 29, and is open each night from 19:00 until 21:00.

    Seeing a naked person walking around and filming must have been a bit awkward for the people around there.. but I gotta say, pretty brave of you 🙂

    the event was horrible. I waited inline thinking i can purchase ticket at gate, just to know after 2hrs that I finally got to the gate, that they told me they sold out. There was no signs or any announcement of any sorts. The line was so dark people was walking into small divider poles because they can't see. So I left very disappointed but purchased ticket for the 2nd day online, this time I got there a little late at 7:20 (starts at 7pm) they told me it's full and no longer accept anyone. That sent me off the roof and I was about to murder someone, but fortunately someone came to the rescue took down the number and let me in with 1 hour left. I swear I could murder someone there, I was that angry.

    Very impressive, Amazing night atmosphere with beautiful color.The video is clear both in high light and low light, how can you make it….. I checked the description which says you are using A7S3. Could you share your setting in the camera including shutter speed, aperture, focus, WB and color etc… Thank you
