  1. My wife and I just switched from the ketogenetic diet to the Mediterranean diet. After years of keto and losing over 25 lbs, we felt as if we were missing out on a lot of food we weren't able to eat. Let me tell you, not only have I escaped my plateu but I can honestly say that I've never been so satisfied in my life. The food we eat now is so much more healthier and tastier than I could have ever imagined. Thanks for your vids, it have been transformative!

  2. It was brought to my attention nearly a decade ago that the mediterranean diet is the BEST diet for people who have hashimotos disease.

  4. People forget that we've been eating carbs like bread and potatoes long before restrictive diets like atkins and keto came along, yet we were slim and healthy.
    Modern life introduced excess eating, ultra processesed "foods", snacking between meals and sedentary work which eventually contributes to weight gain and ill health.
    I'm adopting the lifestyle and diet of older, healthy people.

    I came across this reference of Dr uwenbo herbal product on YouTube.   7. Bill, I'm genetically Mediterranean, mother is Greek, father Italian. My Greek grandparents lived until late 90s, my Italian grandparents who spent the majority of their lives here, didn't make it past 60, including my father. I need to go back to this diet. I just need help doing it.

    P.S…. My Greek yia yia would call me "Patatou" little potato because of the number of them she would cook for me.

    Food is one of the best evidences of God's existence for me. There's no reasonable way that all the colors, smells, tastes, textures, and sounds of cooking food are all the prodect of mindless random mutations over billions of years! Anyway, God loves you and your family, and has provided a way out of the future judgement that will take place on this world and our sins. Jesus Christ, God become man, has historically died and resurrected to take the punishment of our sins on Himself, and if anyone believes in His name and turns to Him in repentance, He will forgive you and make you a new creation 🙂 don't believe me, look at the scholarship of folks like William Lane Craig or Sean McDowell or Gary Habermas!

  16. In China, most of the oldest living people are from the villages. Yes, these people are poor and live on the peasant diet which mostly home grown fruits and vegetables.
