The good dried sardines, chewy noodles, and backfat chacha are irresistible, and you’ll want to eat them again and again. It’s based on Tsubame Sanjo ramen from Niigata Prefecture, and it doesn’t have a similar taste, so I often stop by. Seasonal menus are also available here and there, so be sure to check them out.
