    I have an idea. In Florida the Iguana is an invasive species. Why not collect these iguanas in Florida and allow them to be free in Mexico. That will allow Floridians not to just kill these animals just because they're invasive but allow them to be in their homeland where the people there can enjoy them for nourishment as well as put them back in nature where they belong before man invaded their spaces.

    I'll be honest, despite seeing all the previous parts that make up this episode before, like 50% of my motivation for re-watching this is the host chemistry between Kay and Sonny. Watching these two interact, and Kay growing as a foodie is a real treat.

    Sooo that was not a badger. And it was alone so it's known as a "pizote" here in Costa Rica. Many folks in North America and South America know them as coati mundi. It is not related to weasels and badgers (mustelids.)

    Fun Fact about why Mexico “ loves” coca-cola. Coke is more accessible and cheaper than water and they believe Coke has healing properties as well used in in rituals
