  1. Why not cut off the inedible part and then wash it with salt, in the processing video there are many unreasonable steps. Same with the dipping sauce and helminths.

  3. It’s not the snail, nor the flower, not the other aromatic that makes this dish; it’s the chili sauce that was pounded to a delicious, citrusy, numbing sensation that coated everything on this dish.

  6. I’ve been watching this channel for years, and I always wished y’all would include captions that explain what is going on. What ingredients are being used, how much it cost, etc. I don’t know if that’s hard to do, but I would enjoy this channel even more. 😃👍
