Hello guys, so…we broke our budget filming the past 2 episodes…hope you like some convenience store food ๐
In the spirit of keeping us on our toes & improving, here's how we felt about this vlog from a technical perspective:
Overall the vlog is decent but we noticed the recurring 'weakness' we have with certain foods that are too simple looking (street foods etc.) & in this case it absolutely shows. We will keep working on that.
As this is filmed back in the hotel we thought we wanted a nice start & overall it did achieve what we sort of envisioned albeit not fully.
The initial 30 seconds montage was meant to be an anchor as YouTube obviously loves the metrics for retention in the first 30 seconds & generally unless you throw food straight out the gate people click away…so we added that & it was alright but didn't achieve the emotional tug we were aiming for, most likely due to the way we filmed this episode.
As it was filmed in a small room we did encounter some odd echoes which were manageable throughout most of this video but at the Plating Time segment the echo seems to be rather bad. We will continue to improve on that.
Overall we did enjoy the process of filming & editing this vlog & hope you'll enjoy it too! See you next week!
