We travelled all the way to Kawaguchiko by train from Shinjuku(Limited Express Kaiji + Fuji Express). Checked-in at Villa Resort Yumefuji, and headed straight to Arakurayama Sengen Park. It is an absolute must to make your way up(398 steps) to the Chureito Pagoda observation deck for the iconic Mount Fuji+Chureito Pagoda+Fujiyoshida view! The next day we had to travel in the rain, we only managed to visit Oishi Park and then made our way back to Shinjuku Station by train.
