We discovered Azuma Japanes BBQ back in 2015 and have come back to enjoy the KOBE BEEF Imported exclusively from Japan. This is arguably the best beef in the world.
This amazingly marbled beef comes to the table raw where we sear it over scorching coals. This is an amazingly tender cut of beef that simply melts in your mouth. But it does come at a heft price compared to other meats on the menu. However the taste and quality does out weight the cost.
