I shot this quick video after cycling from Okuma to Ishiyama Observation Deck in Okinawa to capture the great view. ‘Round trip, the ride was 23.5 miles and 1,628 ft elevation gain. As you can see it was really overcast, but visibility was still decent. What made the ride great is that it was cool the whole way and although it misted off and on, it never rained. If you ever ride highway 58 down, you’ll notice that this area is also a designated tsunami evacuation spot.
