煮干しのいい出汁とコシコシの麺、背脂チャッチャがたまらなくて、何度も食べたくなります。新潟県の燕三条ラーメン系でして、なかなか似た味がないのでよく寄らせてもらってます。シーズンメニューもちょこちょこ出ていて、気づいたら車を走らせています。

The good dried sardines, chewy noodles, and backfat chacha are irresistible, and you’ll want to eat them again and again. It’s based on Tsubame Sanjo ramen from Niigata Prefecture, and it doesn’t have a similar taste, so I often stop by. Seasonal menus are also available here and there, so be sure to check them out.
