We’re eating live squid today. This is the squid shot, a popular new shot around Thailand. At Hua Hin night market we try this shot, which is basically a live squid put inside a glass filled with seafood sauce. The squid sucks up the spicy sauce. You eat the squid by biting its head off first and chewing it, so that it’s killed immediately. Then you eat the rest of the squid and drink the sauce. A nice experience.
