I visited the largest vending machine shop in Japan, where there were over 100 different vending machines offering everything from ramen and hamburgers to curry, drinks, toys, umbrellas, and even masks, etc.

This kind of experience is probably unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

Actually, this is my second visit. The reason being that there were too many vending machines and I couldn’t be satisfied with just one visit.

Here’s a link to my first visit.

  1. If I visit Japan will I be required to wear a mask? Every video I see of Japan everyone is still wearing one!

  2. WHAT! These are all so cool! The pattern on the bowl of the curry was very stylish too. I also agree about the glass-bottle coke, is it because it is made with real sugar?

How does the tire shop restock the foods for the older machines? do the companies that make the foods still exist?

One more thing! I was laughing because I was also having a Canada Dry ginger ale when you purchased one!

  3. I’m not a curry man myself, but anything that makes a hot meal is pretty cool. Was hoping you would get the ham and cheese on toast in the toast vending machine. Good job. Thank you.

  4. About the Coke bottles… Here, in Brazil, the majority of soda is sold in plastic bottles in 1,5l to even 3l!
In some restaurants, I already seen the glass bottle with 1,5l too.

  5. Yay part 2 xD! Regarding the 1L bottles, yes they used to sell those before the plastic ones. They have one for beers too lol! I guess it's more cost efficient for them to go for plastic since not 100% off the glass bottles get returned, then not all are in perfect condition to be reused. Like chipped bottle lips. Sorry mother earth. 😅

  6. Hello I just subscribed hoping you can take us to Japan red light district for a tour? I love your channel. Its like I am going to Japan in my living room from San Jose CA USA. THANKS TRI PHAM

  7. I know it's off topic and I might sound like a creep but your hands on the wheel?? I rewatched that part way too many times 🙈 I love your videos but sometimes your hands distract me

  8. Cokes during my time were from .10 to .25 cent for the exact same type of bottle. Tasted better too compared to the garbage they sell in the stores today. I'm 83 and still at it. Haha😀

  9. Hey there! I just wanted to let you know that your video really inspired me. I'm excited to keep building my channel and sharing even more awesome travel experiences with my audience, just like you do. Your travel inspiration is really amazing and I hope to follow in your footsteps by visiting new places and sharing them with others. Thanks again for being such a great source of motivation!

  10. The game you press the buttons on each side of machine to move the levers and stop the ball from falling through

  11. Maybe the hot food machines don't have all the choices shown on them because it would be difficult for the owner to get all the foods to stock them, since the machines are very old.

I would really like to know how the hot food machines work, especially the curry machine, because it looked like it was put into the bowl when it was ordered (not like some modern vending machines where the food is frozen and microwaved, and the food is in a sealed container when it comes out of the machine).

  12. The orange gum boat was a neat touch, I'm glad you showed that. I can remember getting glass liter bottles of sunkist and 7up back in the day here in the states, never saw a coke liter though.

  13. The concept of buying a soda for 70 cents is just nuts to me! You'd probably have to go back over 30 years in the US to buy soda that cheap!

  14. Wow amazing how many machines there is .I miss the coke in the bottle. We have cans. I think it tastes better in the bottle.

  15. There were levers on the sides of the machine. Object/ trying to keep the ball playing and increasing points. It is called pin ball
