Taking laptops, batteries etc out and placing in the tray is not something special for Kochi airport. Airports in Middle East (if you are traveling to Europe,US), EU & Uk requires passengers to take laptop out of laptop bags to scan, don’t know how Sujith missed even after traveling to and from all these place.
