    7:27 India does not have a national dish. if it does have one day then it should be Dal Bhat or rice and lentils which is eaten by rich poor young old.

    Hey David. Correction, Dominica’s national dish was changed a while back because the mountain chicken is endangered. It’s now crab and callaloo which you DID have during your visit 🙂

    Hey David. Enjoying these meals. Many of them look amazing. Was that cheese in the Pupusa’s, if so that’s my fav. Lovvvvvve all cheese. My mum made pepperpot all the time. Never even knew Japanese eat curry til you featured it 🤷🏻‍♀️. Had poi. Did not like. Amazing video. What a blessing to travel the world and learn other cultures and foods.     Sri Lankan Rice & Curry you have to try the variety…. its curries can vary ……..it would actually shock you to the extent of curries that can be prepared.

    So I agree that burgers are ubiquitous in the states but I think you missed the boat by not taking a nod to BBQ. So many different styles & flavors but so American.

    Hi David I love your videos. But India doesn't have a national dish. Even pani puri is quite prevalent all over but not kichadi. I would say biryani in different version is famous all over India (veg or no veg)

    Dominica 🇩🇲 changed their national dish recently to Callaloo, since the Mountain Chicken, a.k.a wild frog is an endangered species now.😅

    For example, In Italy, they have Casu Marzu, which is a type of cheese filled with maggots.

    I like my Italian food but that’s a no-no for me.🤣

    Great video David. My mom and her parents are from Latvia. She doesn’t remember this as the national dish? She says maybe it has changed though lol. Also, as a Canadian in Vancouver, you should come out and try some poutine not that that is something we eat all the time either. Lol! Keep up the great. Videos.🎉❤
