    Meljean….you never learn by eating Junkfood. It is not food, but junk. Where there are no Vegetables or Fruit, the Food has no nutritious value. One Day you will be in hospital as your body is shutting down…..then in the ICU you will die young. I lost a 32-year-old wife for not stopping to eat junk !! She died in the ICU in a private hospital. When I go over the Cemetery, I see many graves for young people who died young by eating unhealthy. For it is only the Diet or what we eat that determine our lifestyle. You're a bad example for eating unhealthy Pig meat and so little gulay or fruit. You eat far too much sugar and oily stuff as well. Restaurant use the cheapest oil for frying, and it becomes indigestible in our Stomach and intestines. You're so pretty now, and you're destroying yourself with your unhealthy lifestyle…… Beauty will fate away…..but why killing yourself slowly with Junk rubbish food of non-nutritional value. I feel sorry for you…….
