Indonesia Has 18000 Islands!
In those 18000 we visited the most dangerous Island WEST PAPUA !
Tourism is nil in that town and I visited it….
I travelled from Jayapura to a small town called Wamena which is just 300kms but takes 11 days to reach there via road transport!
And it’s the costliest Village…..
People don’t have proper jobs so the take up robbery and crime as their prime jobs!
There are around 300 types of Tribal Communities in West Papua !
I visited the Territory of Dhani Tribes . They have a very uncommon practice of preserving the bodies of their Bravest leader who was dead more that 300+ years ago!
They usually don’t cover their bodies…
Abuse over women has been taking place since centuries ago!
Hope all thus stops soon.
Then I watched the war between two tribe!
I got an amazing experience of seeing their lifestyle and day to day activities, cooking,cleaning and much more!
They also make their own salt from the waters of the Salt!
