Balikatan 2023 is the 38th iteration of the annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military. The exercise includes three weeks of training focused on amphibious operations, command and control, humanitarian assistance, urban operations and counterterrorism skills throughout northern and western Luzon. Ung Balikatan nayan mga Teroristang Amerikano ang Natutu hindi mga Pilipino.Sundalong Pilipino ang nagtuturo sa Kanila kung Paano Lumaban sa Jungle at kung Paano din Mabubuhay pero tayo ano ang Itinuturo ng mga Sundalong Amerikano nayan Syempre wala.Iniinggit at Pinaglalaway lang tayo ng mga yan sa kanilang mga Hi-tech na Kagamitan Kumbaga Ginagamit lang nila tayo para sa kanilang Kapakinabangan Ganyan Kademonyo Mag-isip ang mga Teroristang Amerikano nayan!!
