In today’s vlog we check out a super fun suspension bridge, we visit the famous Desa Dairy Farm, and end the day in the insanely beautiful Kinabalu Park. This part of Malaysian Borneo is nicknamed ‘the New Zealand of Malaysia’ and even though we’ve never been to New Zealand, it felt that way. The state of Sabah is so stunning. We only wished we had more time to see more of Malaysian Borneo.
We hope you enjoy this random vlog lol – things didn’t go as planned and the weather didn’t cooperate, but we hope you still enjoy it.

BTW mount kinabalu is still the tallest mountain in South east asia, and the world's 3rd tallest Island Peak. Indonesia is an archipelago. It is not south east asia geographically. While i do admit the border between myanmar and china has higher peak than mount kinabalu at 5881m , myanmar is between South asia and south east asia. Debatable.

Best going to Desa Farm is early morning. Right at sunrise. So the cloud wont cover the mountain.
We have the best memories of Malaysia! π It was nice to wear my denim jacket once while in Malaysia lol – weather in Kundasang was so fresh and the mountains are so beautiful!!!
You guys didn't stop by Poring Hot Spring National Park with Canopy Walk? It just near by Desa Farm. You can use the same Kinabalu Park ticket to get in there. No need to buy another ticket.
If your head to Sandakan Sepilok, the Orang Utan sanctuary not as good as Lokkawi Zoo back in KK. You can see all the animals from elephant, tiger, orang utan, proboscis monkey to Sun Bear.
However, Sepilok Sun Bear & Forest Reserved are worth to go especially Forest Reserved to look at those super tall trees connected by the canopy walk.

Sabah is truly, truly under developed….the road, the bridges, the rivers are not well managed and abandoned….compare to the Peninsula….its all rustics….
The local leaders are not doing their job. If you want to keep it rustics….stay in the kampung or jungle..
11:40 That doesn't look like a mountain at all – more like a hill. Mount Kinabalu is over 4,000 meter tall guys – like those peaks in Colorado.
