Today I’m back in my new favourite THAI TOWN, Phetchaburi. Phetchaburi has just been awarded World
Heritage Status as gastronomy city in Thailand, making it one of only four provinces to have such a distinction. After my second trip here it’s easy to see why. Phetburi has SO much great food, it’s almost comivcal that no tourists come to explore here. In my opinion Phetburi is one of the best places to explore Thai food in the whole country, far better than the nearby beach towns of Hua Hin and Ch Am.

I was joined today by ——and—— as we visited my favourite beef noodle joint in the area – ก๋วยเตี๋ยวน้ำแดงเจ๊กเม้ง (น้ำพุ)- for some local Kuay teow nam daeng, or red noodle soup and an incredible Lod Chong and local palm sugar ice cream. Both we INCREDIBLE.

Please take my advice and stick Phetchaburi on your list for your next trip to Thailand.
