Just be careful when you open a pot or something that has a lid cover it, steam from lid can cause food to turn bad way faster because of the steam under the lid will give a perfect moisture for bacteria and the temp of water under lid always lower than the food.

As a Thai as well. You can't really consider Gary to be "like a local" at this point HE IS THE LOCAL😂. He's nationally English but spiritually Thai 🤣. He literally introduced you guys to not only delicious Thai dishes, but the dishes that was made by the best of the best. A lot of foreigners are hyped up about restaurants with Michelin star/guides which don't get me wrong, those are GOLD! …. Gary just took you to Diamond and Platinum 😂. It's always the inconspicuous places that really served the best of the best dishes. They just haven't been discovered by all the food critics. You guys definitely hit the Jackpot with this food tour! 😊
