Welcome to Nairobi, Kenya! After making it back to the capital of the country, I started my final day in Kenya on Rooster Road to a rooster market to have a street food breakfast!

I was joined, as always, by my guides from Kumbukumbu Tours and my friend and cameraman Tasos Karantakos.

ROOSTER ROAD: We started off at a market on Rooster Road, where we had some fried cassava, roasted peanuts, and simsim. We also saw vendors making mandazi and selling live roosters!

CLUB CHARINA: At this local restaurant, they make several meaty delicacies, including the national dish, nyama choma, kichwa ya mbuzi (goat head)

  2. Heyyyyy David. I grew up on cassava. Never really cared for it. Omg. I eat almond butter in my oatmeal. I’ve never seen such a big slab of dough. The ugali looked soooo hard to turn. I might try the goat head broth but don’t want the meat. No eye socket. No tongue. You have an adventurous tongue and palate and will. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

  3. Well David. A cockadoodledoo to you and meh, meh. You got me again with these goat heads 🙈🙊😂. Thanks for the warning but I still watched it with a squint. I don't know how you do it. How was your stomach after all that? I know that you always fast but do you do a cleanse as well? I heard you talk about putting peanut butter in your oatmeal, which I do too but I add a banana and probiotic yogurt, hemp hearts, and flax seed powder. Makes for a healthy breakfast. Quite a feast for you all to enjoy but I will go veggie on this one. It was enjoyable though because I had a good laugh. See you in the next one. 🤗💕
