We set out on our first Georgian food tour today, trying out the infamous khinkali, or Georgian dumplings, in the heart of Tbilisi, Georgia. When we heard khinkali were the size of baseballs, we were in a little disbelief, but when these Georgian dumplings arrived at our table, we became full on believers!

Khinkali (Georgian soup dumplings) are incredibly hearty, absolutely massive, full of flavour, and chock full of meat, juices, and spices. Khinkali are probably the number one item on any Georgian food tour, so we had to try them first on our food tour here in Tbilisi, Georgia.

We hope you enjoy our Georgian food tour in Tbilisi, Georgia, where we try out these amazing khinkali for the first time, along with a few other tasty traditional dishes.
