I am Ken Abroad, a full-time traveler traveling southeast Asia. It is my goal here on the channel to visit every country in southeast Asia and bring you along the journey.
You wonβt see many tourist places in my videos, I rather like to show the βrealβ sides of each country in my videos. Where do the local people go to eat? Where do they hang out? How do the locals travel through the country? Stuff like that.

Glad you made it safely to a new destination. Your first meal looked delicious with such hospitable hosts, I am sure a sign of more good things to come. Enjoy!
Get the octopus card and you can use for your public transports and some stalls actually use the card for payment. HK can be travelled with public transports no need much for taxi
Hong Kong seems expensive
Char siu rice should be served on a flat plate with cucumber slices and chilli sauce .. and should be oily rice….LOL…
i think its pronounced ' knee how' (hello) π
Très belle Vietnam
It looks like there was a pedestrian bridge not far behind you when you started that long walk in the opposite direction to get to your hotel.
And another vlogger in Hong Kong…tsk tsk
You got to go to Mongkok also known as sneaker street and check out the sneaker shops. You will not believe it until you see it.
You turned around and looked at the OVERPASS you needed to go over. Duh!
Looks like there's a bridge behind you at 13:06, or am I wrong?

0:54 Why would you want a exit seat?
Welcome.. can go China too
Google 144hour Transit visa
Hong Kongers and Chinese in general are very sweet and nice. Sometimes the restaurant owners can be a bit pushy, but that's just big city life. People will always help you if you're in need there. We're all roughly the same in Asia. Very laid back and polite.
I think that Asians in general wear masks due to the air pollution and quality. And HK was hit with SARS 1 in 2002 very heavily that it became a habit and a custom.
Well. I think I need to visit HK in future.

Hi Ken Doscher and greetings from π²πΎ
A Malaysian fan here who have been to HK many times for work. If you really have the time, try going to Macau. It's completely different vibe than HK.
Thank you for sharing π

Ken, speak Cantoneseβ¦lol
am travelling back to HK, next week, but unfortunately they assume I can read and speak canto, which is embarassing since I dont.
Oh am envious, you ordered my favourite char sui π
Welcome to HK! You donβt need to wear masks in Hk – not compulsory.
Suddenly I miss Lantau Island(where my late grandmother born). Welcome to Hong Kong and enjoy a delicious Cantonese food!
Looks like any typical China city.
HK is like Singapore
Wow what a healthy yet frustrating walk to the hotel.π But that inexpensive yet delicious meal made up for it. Blessings for fun & safe Hong Kong adventures.
