I am very impressed with the food and the workers and so clean also with the person who do the camera butt the one thing what is missing is total no explaining what the cooks are making or the name of some food products. You did a lousy job and you don't deserve any credits from the 2.2min.vote's she all co the restaurant

i love the idea of this place.. Used to have a really great ramen place here in town but they closed and no one left makes a good bowl of ramen or udon. (several claim to, but they're just not that good, and one that is super upscale doesn't seem to even have any real idea what either is truly supposed to be.
it's sad this sort of place would NEVER function in the US.. Having a big cauldron of boiling water, where the public has to boil their noodles, it is a lawsuit just waiting to happen here in the US….

フライヤーの油は古いと酸化してどす黒く細かい黒い油かすが衣に付きがちですがこのお店はこまめに油交換してるようですね とても丁寧かつ清潔 出汁もこだわりお客様に美味しい物を提供したい気持ちが伝わります 是非行ってみたいお店です😊
