I got to TGS as early as possible and walked through all halls and all corners (except Facebook as it was too awkward).
I started from the 1st hall with big companies like Square Enix and Konami and reached the end of the 3rd hall corner with indie studios. There was no cosplay event, I could not find it, but I filmed some girls. I tried to get the list of must-visit places before but most of items I even did not notice.
This is just a brief walk, I did not play any games, even the whole day would not be enough to try everything, I would spend most of the day standing in lines.

It is nice to see this video after being denied access to TGS. I traveled for over 2 hours with a bad knee in the heavy rain. Basically, they told me they were sorry and to go back in that crazy rain and go back home. But looking through your video, I can see a drastic change. There are no public cosplayers, and the pretty booth companions are so few. What happened?

The weirdest part about the Tokyo Game Show is that it isn't even held in Tokyo, but in Chiba. Heck, they could have called it the Chiba Computergame Convention, which abbreviates to CCC.
