The pcr test is to be done within 72 hours before your flight to Japan I believe, not within 72 hours before you arrive. At least this was how we understood the info we got. And that there will be new changes in place from 8th of May (which ones we do not know yet).
My flight is in june. Can I submit the vaccination test report now in march already or will it be invalid in june if I report it now?

It appears the fast track no longer required. Based on Japan website it indicated so. I also registered anyway and got zero QR code. Just took my passport and destination only. No further info.
Hi, may i know how early can i apply the fast track? I have applied mine more than one month prior to my upcoming trip and iβm not sure if the fast track will still be valid by then.
