This time, we will tour the nighttime cherry blossoms at Sankeien, one of the most famous cherry blossom viewing spots in Yokohama.
From March 25 (Sat.) to April 4 (Tue.), 2023, Sankeien is extending its opening hours until 21:00 to illuminate the cherry blossoms and old architecture.
As of today, the cherry blossoms in Sankeien were in full bloom!
In Yokohama, the metropolis of Japan, Sankeien Garden is the only place where you can enjoy the Japanese atmosphere of the ancient capital from morning till night during this season.
Sankeien, which covers an expansive area of approximately 175,000 m2, is home to approximately 250 cherry trees of nine different varieties that bloom from early March to mid-April.
