I wouldn't say it is passive income, because you have to regularly upload photos if you want get money. Old photos is not selling very well

You might not know, but there was a big controversy in Florida, regarding this statue. A teacher was fired for showing a picture of it to his students. The parents were upset and they demanded the teacher to be fired. You can google it.
