ABOUT US
We’re the Lockwoods. And we’re traveling the world to experience—up close and in person—all the natural wonders and distinct cultures that our kids would otherwise be consuming only through textbooks and TV. We think it’s a better way to learn and we’re working hard to fund this little experiment in the hope that our kids will grow up wiser, kinder, and more grateful for the beauty of our diverse planet and its people.

India is Vegetarian food heaven THANK YOU VV MUCH for visit and presenting factual side of MY COUNTRY 😊
That sweet brown fruit, is widely known as SAPODILA … very popular in South America. Enjoy 😊 y’all
😂 18:30 "sauces"… at least call them curry! They are definitely not sauces! 😂 Classic Americans! 😅
21:42 *Kings Cross… not Crossing… But I'll give you a pass on that one because of the Mumbai confusion. 😂
Bombay is British name. Mumbai is native name
Did the kids try Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, and Pani Puri?! If not that would be a massive injustice to their lives! I'm not even kidding this time!
They are probably India's most famous anytime snacks and are especially loved by kids! Think of them as the equivalent of what a pizza or classic pasta is to every child!
It would be unfortunate if they got full on those first 2 stops… because that food at those first 2 stops was so basic! 😅
Love your amazing vlog, Rejoice with your family❤❤ in the beautiful land of life, hoping to see more of your family vlogs sending love from Northeast India 🇮🇳 nagaland.
India is richest country in culture and huge diversity ❤
All that spices and flavors and aroma you described – is getting me hungry right now ABC fam ! Now we know why Indian cuisine is a league on this own. So many many tastes and variety!
Bit disappointing to see that you are in Mumbai and not trying traditional Marathi food and Gujarati food. Should have looked up YouTube videos of local Marathi restaurants that have been in Mumbai forever.
Cow pee makes sense for free cows in a forest like environment where all sorts of medicinal plants would be growing. Mammals are essentially you get what they feed on.
Pav or Pao just means bread in Portuguese.
Before that only flat-breads were used.
We don't eat the skin of chicko, you fell it off or slice it in half and just eat the meat inside. 😁
You're in Maharashtra and don't watch forts of Maharashtra that are the most underrated places
Ur video is awesome , I mean I like the way u filmed nd edited it 👏.. keep it up
Very happy to see family enjoy ❤❤
Your daughter’s magic trick was the best 😂😂😂

India is a place where dialect, culture, food, clothes, deity everythin changes in every 50 km. you have mainly visited the cities where people have become more western influenced. had you visited the smaller areas like small towns and villages you would have experienced the cultures of india and its diversity 🙏🙏
You guys have a great positive vibe all of you ♥️
Mumbai.. Respect the place by it's original name.. Even people will get offended if called by any other name
Thanks you 🎉

Another AH-MAZING episode fam!🎉 How interesting is it that instead of going to the doctor you go to the kitchen first. Love it! I knew turmeric was good for you but didn’t realize how good.
Love the “hello Nia” at the end from Brooklyn🤪Tell her Nini says hello back 👋
Miss you, miss you, miss you TONS!
It's always Mumbai not Bombay…🙏🏻
Mumbai is the capital of maharashtra and official language of maharashtra is Marathi ..
Mumbai has so many good places but you choose the least touristy, messy ones only. Choor Bazar is not even a tourist spot. 🙄
Hope to see you to visit north eastern part of the country

Mail is origin name but tyrants brits could not produce it and decide they should change it to bombay but now it's changed back to Mumbai
The name – Bombay came from the Portuguese…it translates as — Bom = good and bay 🙂 the good bay in Portuguese…the Britishers stuck with it when they received the islands as a gift from the Portuguese!

Please Visit North East India Next Time. This Area is still unexplored… Lots and lots of places to visit and cultures to be immersed into.
Both the kids are so smart and matured, and the girl really has a something else in her, just loved her expression and reaction at 1:44..big prospects..
Excuse me, but we dont use any part of the Cow in Hindu culture, we only use droppings as a fuel in the villages, her urine to purify our homes ( mixing small quantity of Cow urine in water and sprinkling all over the house to purify it) and her milk… Cow in a real sense is the holiest animals on the planet…
Very informative, I am from Mumbai but never new this story about Shor/Chor bazar.. thanks..
Amazing vlog
Mumbai- you will find people of almost all race here.
Worst slums to top notch technology marvel.
Best food.
