かつて江戸城があった皇居の北西側にあるお堀、千鳥ヶ淵で桜が満開になりました。千鳥ヶ淵は桜の名所として有名で、この時期にはボートに乗ってお堀から桜を見上げることができます。水面から反射した太陽の光に向かって伸びる桜の枝がボートの間近に迫ります。今回は昼間の映像ですが、夜には桜がライトアップされ、水面に反射する桜とともに鑑賞することができます。

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom at Chidorigafuchi, a moat on the northwest side of the Imperial Palace, where Edo Castle once stood. Chidorigafuchi is famous for its cherry blossoms, and during this season, visitors can take a boat ride and look up at the cherry blossoms from the moat. The cherry tree branches are hanging beautifully toward the the sunlight reflected on the surface of the water. The video shooting was conducted during the daytime, but at night the cherry blossoms are lit up and reflected beautifully on the water.
