Is ITR mandetory for retired Person ? I have applied (6 months Visitor Visa) for my parents who are retired as a Govt Employees. After watching your video 🙂 they have only attached bank statements (pension account) and passport. I am thier sponser. I provided my Bank statement, Employment letter, Invitation letter, Indian Passport, BRP card, Sponser letter and UK address proof. I did not provide any ITR of my parents. What are the chances of approval ? I see that ITR is also required but now the appliation has been already submitted.

My main income is rent 50k. But it's not credited in my account. But I have rent deed and monthly rent receipt. In my account, only interest of FDR and savings certificates are deposited total 17k. I don't usually withdraw money from my account. I use the cash rent. Will I be able to apply for visa if my daughter sends invitation and sponsor from UK ?

In the last part of visit visa from is written "We strongly recommend that you also provide the following with your application."
1)- Evidence of funds available to you, and which are clearly accessible by you.
2)- Evidence of support you will receive from your sponsor including details of what support is being provided and how.
3)- Evidence of the relationship, if any, between you and your sponsor
4)- Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of UK immigration laws at the time of your visit.
5)- Invitation from your UK based family or friend(s) and evidence of their permission to be in the UK

I am thinking of giving my and my mother's permanent resident card and birth Certification where I have my mother name and in my mother's permanent resident card has her mother (my grandmother) name in it so it will proof that she is my grandmother.
