The Most Important Job in Japan

Having a long history of kaiju (giant monsters) attacks, the Japanese government created the 防衛省地方防衛局怪獣対策組織 (Ministry of Defense Regional Defense Bureau Kaiju Countermeasures Organization, or MODRDBKCO for short) in order to protect the vulnerable human population from these legendary beasts.

The Fast Alert System Team (FAST) is a very crucial part of the MODRDBKCO. Their sole purpose is to keep a vigilant lookout for anything suspicious, and immediately alert the proper officials in order for their youngest coworkers to begin preparations for the endless meetings that will be required before any decision to take action can be made.
