   After tasting thai food I will never eat at the westernized chinese restaurants ever again, an authentic thai restaurant opened up in our small town and it is now so full there is a line every workers lunch

   Even for Thai standards that was a hot curry base. I'd need a full gas mask to even enter the kitchen when they are grinding that.
