Did you know there’s a town in Japan that makes sushi WITHOUT fish using JUST vegetables?! Neither did I – which is why I made my way all the way to Hidaka Town in Kochi Prefecture to find out more.
Let’s see if it passes the Ryotaro test – keeping my interest even though there’s no A5 WAGYU STEAK.
