这次在札幌尝试了当地著名的美食-汤咖喱
我们先去了Picante,然后去了Sauge+,但都因为超长的排队而放弃了。我们到达Sauge+的时候,他们晚餐还没有开门,但是已经有16组人在我们前面拿了号码。
最后决定来Curry King。因为我们到达的时间是他们晚餐开门前10分钟,所以我们作为第一批客人进入餐厅。我们出来的时候,门口已经排了20多人了
汤咖喱的味道非常特别,是我在温哥华从来没有尝过的味道。我本人很爱吃辣,都觉得5级辣度的汤咖喱太辣了。非常推荐牛肉汤咖喱,我和我朋友都认为鸡腿汤咖喱里面的鸡腿有些柴。牛肉应该是牛腩之类的部位,非常软烂入味

This time in Sapporo, I tried a famous local food – soup curry
We went to Picante first, then to Sauge+, but didnt get in because of the super long line up (estimated 15-20 groups ahead of us). Sauge+ wasn’t open yet when we areived and people already took numbers for the queue.
Finally decided to come to Curry King. Since we arrived 10 minutes before they open for dinner, we were among the first guests in the restaurant. When we came out, there were already more than 20 people lined up at the door.

The taste of the soup curry is very unique, something I have never tasted in Vancouver. I like spicy food a lot, yet I think the soup curry with level 5 spiciness is too spicy. The beef soup curry is highly recommended, and my friend and I both think that the chicken leg in the chicken soup curry is a bit dry and chewy. It’s likely they used beef brisket , very tender and flavorful
