  1. Live the vermouth section. I never had vermouth until I went to Spain last September. I had it every day while I was there! (7 days) different ones everyday! I loved it! Can't wait to go back to Spain and try more vermouth!

  2. We are visiting Valencia in June on a tour but we are going to ditch their hotel dinner and go rogue! Thanks for the recommendations. I love how relaxed it is to breastfeed there – no one batted an eyelid 😀

  3. Thank you for nailing paella Valenciana .You do need to get out of town anywhere in Comunidad de Valencia.Just to see people who work those rice paddies, vegetables…I thought I was messing up when I used our Dungeness crabs in Seattle for my home made. Thanks for your redeeming partnerships .Anything traditional has it’s own story or comes from somewhere ,even rice itself was brought by Moors .

  4. Love your videos! I'm studying abroad for a month in Salamanca, and staying a week in Madrid. Do you and Yoly have any food recommendations for Salamanca?

  5. Thanks for the great info! I loved Spain 🇪🇸 plus the baby is getting big! Plus your wife is a SPANISH PRINCESS and you are a kool Guy! Steven from Boston MA USA.🇺🇸🇺🇸😎🍀⚓️

  6. Valencia is beautiful, but it is a retirement community. Average age is probably 90. My ex liked to say it was the stairway to heaven.

  7. Thanks for the education on different 🍸 🍷 drinks! I am going to try some SPANISH Vermouth at a SPANISH restaurant in greater Boston MA 🇺🇸

  9. Galicia has seriously amazing food, my Spanish mates took 4days off to show me around, there is a Tortilla restaurant just out of the city, that only serves Tortillas, nothing else. So good, I remember going to a Spanish restaurant in Nelson once, sparked my love of Spanish food.

  10. James and Yoly, thank you for portraying the spanish food culture in such a beautiful way! Your videos made my dream of moving to Spain very real. Last summer my boyfriend and I went to Andalucia and we loved it so much! Thanks to you, we ate soooo much good food!

  11. I’m amazed James and delighted of course with your videos. I’m in the Pyrenees mountains Spain and you speak Spanish without an accent. Very impressive 👍😂😂

  12. I’m always entertained by how awesome Yoli is. “Just talk to me…,” hahaha.

  13. As a Finn, watching this is just plain absurd. Our food culture is light years away from the Spanish, or anything southern Europe. Im making sure to visit Spain, preferrably Valencia one day 😍

  14. I have only been to Valencia once and do remember a good meal there, but you have blown what little cover Valencia might still have had as a culinary capital. I'm still in a food coma from just watching, not even following you around and eating all that incredible food myself. Since I will be in Valencia later this year, I will follow some of your footsteps but have to stretch what you and Yoly ate in 3 days to extend to maybe a week! It's so much fun to watch Yoly's expression when she tastes something really good. She has no poker face when it comes to food. The yum is written all over. Thanks for making this video. Like others have noted, your food blogging is becoming as epic as the places you go and the meals you eat with so much happiness.

  15. Loved this James & Yoly. I know Valencia well, but this was so informative and interesting, featuring places that are familiar, but some new ones also. We'll try the new ones in the Summer!
